I had many people come out to my house for estimates and chose this company because they had a great selection of wood floors in their showroom and they were not pushy or hardsell. We had alot of problems with our tile floor and getting it up was more than my husband and I could manage. We really were not sure to go with wood or laminate wood but made a decision finally. We were also able to bring a sample home. Our new oak floors are awesome and I love the mouldings they recommended.

I just had carpeting put in from their installer George and his workmanship and speed was very impressive. My stairs were a single wrap and they sagged with time. George took the time to frame each step individually. It was time intensive but, he said these are called “Hollywood design” and they will never sag. The end result is beautiful. The carpeting Michele picked out fit my home perfectly. She asked about my lifestyle, pets, active kids and traffic. That helped her show me the proper type of carpet and we love it!! I have been in the airlines for 35yrs and these complaints sound like some of our passengers. Complaint letters about bad food, your seat selections and weather. Its to bad Michelle and Lonnie don’t request the 99% satisfied customers to write in for them. You're missing out on a fabulous design team if you don’t read between the lines on these reviews. After living in our house for 11 years we finally decided to remodel our kitchen. My husband and I decided to go with Home Remodeling Center. Since they have been in business for so long we felt comfortable choosing them. We were and are very pleased with our new kitchen. We were surprised that it only took a couple of months. We had to completely gut the kitchen, including tearing out wall paper, which was no easy task. The design team was fantastic! We LOVE our cabinets and the empty spaces we once had are gone and all my Tupperware fits! Not to mention the choice of granite they chose, putting in the garden window.

We just had our entire house done in laminate and carpet by Home Remodeling Center. Michelle and Lonny were knowledgeable and great in helping us choose the right flooring for our home. They were very patient with our many questions and changes we made throughout the process. The installation went very smoothly we had a great crew. We did a lot of shopping around and found Home Remodeling Center had the best price and a quality product for our budget. We also liked that they had their own crew no dealing with sub-contractors. Each day the crew would show up prompt and ready to work, and when they were done for the day they would clean everything up. From start to finish they did an awesome job which is hard to find today. We are so happy with how our house turned out we can’t give them enough praises. We plan on having our kitchen done soon and wouldn’t go anywhere else.

We first used Home Remodeling Center when we set out to remodel our 80’s kitchen. We were wary as we had heard such horror stories about contractors. We were both surprised and delighted with the speed and professional results we experienced. The complete gut of the kitchen and replacement with high quality cabinets was accomplished in 2 weeks. Corey was a fabulous installer and Augustine put in our granite beautifully. Fast forward 4 years later and we once again used this friendly and professional company to remodel our 3 bathrooms, install laminate flooring and baseboards. Lonnie, the company’s owner, was patient and helpful. He was more than willing to go over any concerns and try to rectify any issues we had. If there were errors made, Lonnie made sure we were satisfied with the final product. That was so reassuring. The patience of Michelle along with her design help was so appreciated. Payments were split up according to work accomplished. Michelle was always available to answer our questions. The tile work was beautifully done by George. Jesus, Chris, and Mitch were very experienced workers and everyone was always on time and even showed up on a weekend when we needed them. Overall we were very satisfied with the projects that HRC completed. We were pleased that we used them and will return for our next project. This company has an A plus rating on Better Business Bureau.

Over the last year and a half, this company remodeled my kitchen and also completed a powder room. The workers were attentive, friendly and came to work when they were supposed to and the same crew showed up every day. Our kitchen was completed within a week of original promise (incorrect window ordered) and bathroom only a day or two later than promised, but that was due to illness of a plumber, so I definitely don’t hold that against them. I did not experience poor customer service nor problems with contract or payment. After multiple bids, I felt their pricing was competitive and now that we’re done, the finished product is beautiful. I will return to HRC without hesitation for future home improvement projects.

My wife and i just had our master bath room completely torn out and remodeled.This included removing of a bath tub all of the old tile and the old cabinets. They were then replaced with new cabinets, granite, counter tops tile and shower door. Also a vanity with granite in the guest bath. Our dealings with HRC were very professional, their display room was a one stop shop with quality merchandise to choose from. Michelle was very helpful in selecting colors, Lonnie was on top of seeing that workers were on the job when they were supposed to be. The skill level of his people were excellent and were very careful to use covers to protect our property. As they demo materials the would haul it away. All and all we would not hesitate to recommend HRC to other people and already have.

Great experience. Total remodel done on time without surprises. We love our result and would recommend HRC to all. The crew has worked together for many years, so there is consistent quality. Because they don’t generally sub work out, there’s no chasing subs all over town wondering when they are going to show up to work. We are very happy we chose Home Remodeling Center! From our first meetings with Michelle and Lonnie through the whole 9 week process we were happy with the material choices, the workmanship and the time management. Ours was a big project and everyone worked hard to keep things on track. We were particularly happy with Gabriel Luis and Roberto Arias who installed our master bathroom tile ( a very big job!) and also installed our wood laminate floors (another big job!). Their patience and attention to detail resulted in a beautiful, quality finished product. They were here many long days but always cheerful, cleaned up at the end of the day, and communicated with us every step of the way. They are always on time or early, they finished the job before I expected it to be done, they were very courteous in my home when it came to cleaning up and putting it back together, and the professionalism is notable.
